At Obshop, we take care to ensure your order is packed safely and sent promptly.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, shipping times and tracking updates.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Dispatch Times
All orders are usually dispatched the next working day after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
Each item is carefully packed at our London studio before being handed over to Royal Mail for delivery.
3. Shipping Options
We offer the following Royal Mail tracked services at checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1 working day after dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery within 2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Tracking and Notifications
Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking notification directly from Royal Mail — by email or SMS — provided you entered your contact details at checkout.
Tracking updates are managed entirely by Royal Mail.
If you don’t receive a tracking message, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@obshop.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
We occasionally offer free UK delivery promotions — details will be shown on our website and during checkout when applicable.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a card or notification with instructions for redelivery or local collection.
Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us can be resent, but additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Delays and Liability
We always aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control — such as postal strikes or severe weather.
Obshop London Ltd is not liable for any loss caused by courier delays once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.
