We hope you love your Obshop purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
This Returns Policy explains how you can return an item, request an exchange or refund, and the conditions that apply.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.
If you’d like to cancel or return your order, please email us at hello@obshop.co.uk within this period.
You then have an additional 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Please include your name and order number with your return so we can process it quickly.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty.
This includes:

Used candles

Personalised or custom-made products

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure every item leaves us in perfect condition.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@obshop.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
(Please note: If a replacement is arranged, you don’t need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.)
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty or sent in error.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability.
Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in its unused condition.
7. How to Return Your Order
If you wish to return an item, please email hello@obshop.co.uk before sending anything back.
We’ll confirm your request and provide simple instructions for posting your parcel.
